沉寂十六年后，他们不可思议地于2012年重组。导演西恩·迈德斯随行拍摄复出巡回：欧洲、亚洲，最后回到家乡曼彻斯特举行三场盛大演唱会。影片生动捕捉乐团回归幕后、珍稀靴腿、表演实况，石玫瑰不再只是无可触及的遥想记忆，他们真的回来了！
