简 介
上帝行事诡谲。杰夫的问题在于：他爸快要死了，但是这老头子在死之前都不想让杰夫和他那个花花公子哥哥汤姆能当爹。杰夫的老妈没完没了地奚落他。杰夫有个奇怪的梦，（梦见）他是个学业不顺的神学院学生。在哥哥汤姆不可能达成他老爸的最后一个要求的时候，杰夫离开了神学院，找到了一份在家给一帮上了年纪的演员做戏剧辅导的工作，这让他爸挺高兴。他去酒吧找女人，在一个登私家广告的治疗师那里寻求帮助，但是不见疗效。与此同时，他和他可爱的工作伙伴凯西开开玩笑、调调情。
