简 介
根据新闻事件拍成的惊险犯罪片，导演理查德·弗莱舍以半纪录片方式处理本片。剧情描述六十年代，波士顿出了一名色魔，四处肆虐女人，手段极为残忍，不少妇女都死于他的手下，令全城为之震惊。本片有些片段以分割银幕同时交代凶手行凶时室内与室外的情况，技巧的尝试颇为大胆，但并非完全成功。亨利·方达、托尼·柯蒂斯等都有出色的表演。
